What is the Founding 10 programme?

Ten qualified organisations receive full SusDevOS access for 24 months at no platform fee. It is a working partnership with guided onboarding, bounded support and regular product feedback—not a self-serve trial.

What happens after the 24-month Founding 10 term?

You can continue on a standard hosted plan, move SusDevOS to cloud infrastructure you manage, or take a structured export and close the account. The programme includes a deployment guide and a bounded migration handover; your infrastructure and bespoke migration costs remain yours.

What counts as an entity?

A legal entity: a company, subsidiary, or branch with its own GHG inventory boundary. Most companies need just one. Subsidiaries with separate reporting obligations each need their own entity record.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Your data is always retained.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

14-day trial on Starter and Professional — no credit card required. If you don't add a card before the trial ends, your account reverts to Free. Data is never deleted during a trial.

Which currencies do you accept?

GBP, EUR, USD and AUD. Select your preferred currency above. Prices shown are indicative and reflect approximate exchange rates — your card will be charged in the currency displayed. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced in any of these currencies.

Is tax included in the prices shown?

No — all prices are shown excluding tax. UK customers are charged VAT at 20%. EU customers are charged at their member state's applicable VAT rate. US customers may be subject to state/local sales tax. Australian customers are charged GST at 10%.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or academia?

Yes — registered charities, NGOs and academic institutions qualify for a 50% discount on any paid plan. Contact us with proof of status. Government entities use Enterprise pricing.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything in CSV or JSON. After 90 days you'll receive a final warning before permanent deletion.

More than 25 entities, or need a dedicated instance?

Enterprise contracts include unlimited entities, SSO/SAML, custom data residency, a dedicated CSM, and a 99.9% SLA. Invoiced in GBP, EUR, USD or AUD. Minimum £24,000/year.
